Jane Davidson officially joined SNAP’s team on September 30, 2019 as our organization’s administrative assistant.
Jane worked with the Pima Medical Institute as an administrative assistant for two years, where she maintained databases and calendars, and helped provided a welcoming environment for the Institute community. Jane also has experience in court reporting, and her talents in transcription service also extended to supporting college students who were hard of hearing, by typing word-for-word their lectures and other class notes. Jane has been a Tucsonan since first grade (departing only briefly for her college experience). She enjoys tennis, organizing people’s homes, hiking and even tried sky diving. If she looks familiar to you, you might have seen her on TV: Jane was on The Price is Right with Bob Barker!
And you already know…
Lynda Stites who joined the SNAP team on July 1 as Volunteer Program Manager.
Lynda brings unique experience and energy to the positions, along with a strong commitment to their communities and to volunteerism. Trained in paralegal administration, Lynda has experience in nonprofit administration and training, mentoring teens and leading Training Retreats in Kansas City. For the past five years Lynda has provided volunteer administrative support for the Tu Nidito nonprofit organization, working in development, volunteer services and event planning. Lynda also has chaired the Human Rights Committee for the Arizona Department of Economic Security Department of Developmental Disabilities, District South since 2014. A Tucson native, Lynda is an avid tennis player and hiker in addition to her volunteering passions.
