If you are Age 55+ or disabled living in SNAP’s service area If you need:

• Transportation to Medical Appointments
• Food or Personal Hygiene Items
• Pickup of Prescriptions or Medical Supplies
• Reassurance or Referrals

ABOUT SNAP: Sunrise Neighborhood Assistance Program (SNAP) is a “neighbors helping neighbors” nonprofit organization serving the communities bordered by Craycroft, Sunrise, Kolb, and River.

We offer volunteer services and educational and social programs that build and sustain community connections for seniors and disabled residents as they age in place in their cherished homes.
